Place chicken breasts, boned side up, between 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
Starting at centre, pound with a smooth, heavy object until pieces are about 1/4 inch thick.
Peel off plastic wrap.
Filling: In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Divide filling equally among the 4 breasts.
Fold up each so filling is enclosed and fasten with toothpicks.
Brown chicken rolls in butter, over medium heat, until golden brown and meat is cooked. (20 to 25 minutes)
Separate crescent dough into 4 rectangles.
Press perforations of each to seal; spread with deviled ham.
Place 1 chicken roll on each rectangle; fold dough to enclose chicken and seal completely.
Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
Brush with milk; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 375°F for 12 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine gravy mix and water.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Blend in sour cream.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Make a lot of this as people like it and use a lot I double or triple.
Tip: To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours; bake for 17 to 23 minutes when it has been refrigerated.
