Directions
Mix in a bowl the brown sugar, flour, dry mustard, and salt.
Add evaporated milk mixture gradually, blending thoroughly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350°F 35 to 40 minutes; stir 2 or 3 times during baking.
Garnish with onion rings.
