Ingredients
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen artichoke
hearts
2 tomatoes, cut into
wedges
/ chopped onion
1/2 green pepper,
sliced
Dash of thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan; cover.
Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until done in boiling water in saucepan.
Cook for 10 to 20 min- utes or until partially done; drain.
Press petals open.
Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, parsley, cheese and bouillon.
Stuff artichokes with bread crumb mixture.
Place stuffed artichokes in casserole; add 1 inch water, remaining salt, and gar- lic.
Sprinkle with oil.
Bake at 350 degrees until ten- der.
