 10-ounce package frozen cut asparagus
 Eggs3 , beaten
 Milk2 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted
 Parsley flakes1 Teaspoon, dried
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1-pound can salmon, drained, flaked and boned
 Cucumber1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 8-ounce carton sour cream with chives
 Parsley flakes2 Teaspoon, dried
 Vinegar2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/16 Teaspoon

Directions

Cook asparagus as directed on package; drain.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, parsley and salt.
Add salmon and asparagus.
Stir only until blended.
Pour into prepared Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Prepare Topping.
Spread Topping around edge of baked pie.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
