Gourmet Salmon Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 10-ounce package frozen cut asparagus | ||
| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1-pound can salmon, drained, flaked and boned | ||
| Cucumber | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| 8-ounce carton sour cream with chives | ||
| Parsley flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/16 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Cook asparagus as directed on package; drain.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, parsley and salt.
Add salmon and asparagus.
Stir only until blended.
Pour into prepared Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Prepare Topping.
Spread Topping around edge of baked pie.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, milk, butter, parsley and salt.
Add salmon and asparagus.
Stir only until blended.
Pour into prepared Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Return to oven for 5 minutes.
