Gourmet Peas Lyonaise Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Snow peas | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Chicken broth | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled | ||
| Pinch of rosemary | ||
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a large frying pan, melt butter.
Cook onions 1 minute.
Mix in snow peas.
While stirring, continue cooking 3 minutes or so.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Continue cooking 2 minutes.
