Gourmet Leeks Recipe
Ingredients
| Leeks | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, shredded |
Directions
Preoare and cook leeks.
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in salt and lemon juice.
Add leeks; heat through.
Turn into serving dish; sprinkle with cheese.
