Gourmet Grilled Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Swiss Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Gruyere cheese slice | 4 | |
| Manchego Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Heirloom tomatoes slice | 8 | |
| Watercress | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| EVOO | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 loaf of ciabatta bread | ||
| Butter | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Slice up the cheeses and tomatoes.
2. In a bowl, mix together the red wine vinegar, EVOO, salt and pepper. After it's well mixed toss in the watercress.
3. Slice up the ciabatta bread and assemble the grilled cheese. (Hint: Have cheese on both ends of the bread so the sandwich sticks together.) After assembled spread butter on the outside of bread.
4. Preheat a grill pan or Panini press on medium then place the sandwich on the pan and weigh it down if not in a Panini press. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!
