Gourmet Golden Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 pounds Hubbard squash | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Prepare and boil cubed squash.
Heat oven to 400°.
Mash squash; stir in remaining ingredients.
Turn mixture into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes.
