Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 30 Milliliter | |

| Active dry yeast | 30 Milliliter | |
| Milk | 500 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 5 Milliliter | |
| Butter | 45 Milliliter | |
| Flour | 1.6 Large | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Heavy cream | 60 Milliliter |
Directions
Mix 1 tsp (5 ml) of sugar in the warm water.
Dissolve the yeast in the water and let soften 10 minutes.
In a sauce pan combine the milk, remaining sugar, salt and butter.
Scald, cool then transfer to a mixing bowl.
Stir in the yeast mixture, and 3 cups (750 ml) of flour.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Cover.
Allow to rise for 1 hour, then beat in the remaining flour, egg and the heavy cream.
Knead in a mixer for 8 minutes, cover and allow to rise.
Divide the dough evenly into either two or four, place into well greased pans (if required by your pizza), allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough evenly over the pans by pressing it out from the centre with your finger tips (or roll with a rolling pin) covering the entire pan.
Use according to instructions.
