 1/4 lb. Danish blue cheese, crumbled
 1/4 lb. Port Salut cheese, cut in small pieces
 1/4 lb. cream cheese, cut in small pieces
 1/4 lb. butter, cut in small pieces
 Sour cream1/4 Pound
 Sherry1 Tablespoon
 Hot pepper sauce12 Drop
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Process until the mixture is light and creamy.
