Everyday Beef Goulash Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewing beef | 2 Pound (Chuck, Shin Or Blade) | |
| Lard | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed | |
| Paprika | 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon | |
| Caraway seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Beef stock/Water and beef bouillon cubes | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Potatoes | 1 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Pound, peeled and chopped | |
| Sweet red pepper | 1 , seeded and chopped | |
| Sour cream | 1 Tablespoon (For Serving) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Heat lard in a heavy pan and gently saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Stir in paprika off heat.
Add beef, caraway seeds, stock, salt and pepper, bring to the boil, covered, and simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
Parboil potatoes for 10 minutes, cool, peel and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Add potato cubes, tomatoes and red pepper to pan, cover and simmer for a further 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Skim off any surface fat and season to taste.
