Everyday Beef Goulash Recipe
|Stewing beef||2 Pound (Chuck, Shin Or Blade)|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Paprika||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef stock/Water and beef bouillon cubes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, peeled and chopped|
|Sweet red pepper||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Tablespoon (For Serving)|

Heat lard in a heavy pan and gently saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Stir in paprika off heat.
Add beef, caraway seeds, stock, salt and pepper, bring to the boil, covered, and simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
Parboil potatoes for 10 minutes, cool, peel and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Add potato cubes, tomatoes and red pepper to pan, cover and simmer for a further 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Skim off any surface fat and season to taste.
