Ingredients

 Olive oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
 700 g/1lb 9 oz stewing steak, diced
 25 g/1 oz plain flour
 Onions2 , chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Piquillo50 Gram, cut into strips
 450 g/1lb plum tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
 Smoked paprika2 Teaspoon
 300 ml/1/2pt beef stock
 2 tsp chopped flat-leaf parsley, to serve
 100 ml/4 fl oz soured cream, to serve

Directions

MAKING
1. In a heavy based pan, add olive oil and heat it
2. Season the steak and dust with flour; add it to the olive oila dn fry it till sealed and golden; remove from the pan set aside
3. Add onions, peppers and garlic and fry over a medium flame for about ten minutes until soft
4. Add the meat back to the pan, along with paprika and tomatoes; add stock and gently simmer, with the lid partly on for an hour and a half

SERVING
5. Sprinkle some parsley on top, add a dollop of sour cream and serve
