Ingredients

 700 g / 1 1/2 lb braising steak, cubed
 30 ml / 2 tbsp flour
 Onion1 Large, peeled
 Green pepper1 To taste, deseeded
 225 g / 8 oz carrots, sliced
 400 g / 14 oz can tomatoes
 75 g / 3 oz tomato puree
 75 g / 3 oz button mushrooms
 10 ml / 2 tsp paprika
 300 ml / 1/2 pint beef stock
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1) Season flour with salt and pepper and toss the meat in it.
2) Take a large casserole dish and put the meat, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, tomato puree, carrots, and pepper to it.
3) Stir in paprika and pour beef stock over the meat mixture.
4) MIx well and season to taste.
5) Cook on power for 40 minutes or until tender, stirring and turning dish in between cooking.

SERVING
6) Garnish and serve hot.
