the Hungarian says :
As a hungarian born and raised 12 years in Hungar, Goulash (gujas) is harty stew or soup with more water, no tomato pulp. The basic recipe, fry chopped onion, beef, water, potatoes and the heart of it is Hungarian sweet paprika. Depends what kind of cut of meet is used it can be made as fast as the potatoes. My suggestion is sirloin. Yes a good crusty bread!
