Gouda Party Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| Gouda cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tbsp. pickle relish | ||
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pimento | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Beef | 3 Ounce, chopped | |
Directions
Cut thin slice from top of Gouda shell; scoop out cheese, leaving shell intact.
Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
Combine cheese, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and garlic salt; beat until smooth.
Add pickle relish, green pepper, pimento and beef; blend well.
Fill reserved shell with cheese mixture.
