Make Koftas Of Mince Meat
For Gravy, Heat Oil Add Whole Garam Masala And Cook Till Moisture Evaporates And Thick Mass Is Left.
Thin Down With Stock, Season.
Poach The Koftas In The Gravy
Finish With Saunth Saunf Powder.
