Gorgonzola Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Red potatoes | 2 Pound, halved | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Gorgonzola cheese | 1/4 pound | |
| Half and Half | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Place potato and garlic cloves in a saucepan with enough water to cover.
Add salt and cook until tender.
Drain and add the cheese, half-and-half, and oil.
Mash by hand; an electric mixer will make the potatoes too gummy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
