Goodtime Beef Brisket Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef brisket - 3 1/2 to 4 pounds | ||
| Beer - 1 can Tomato sauce - 2 cups | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Balsamic vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce 0 2 tablespoons | ||
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar 0 2 tablespoons | ||
| Green or red bell pepper - 1, chopped | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place the brisket.
2) Combine all the remaining ingredients together and pour the mixture all over the meat.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
4) Take the meat out of the sauce in the cooker and slice it very thinly.
SERVING
5) Serve the meat on rolls or over couscous.
