 Beef brisket - 3 1/2 to 4 pounds
 Beer - 1 can Tomato sauce - 2 cups
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon
 Balsamic vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce 0 2 tablespoons
 Garlic powder1 Teaspoon
 Brown sugar 0 2 tablespoons
 Green or red bell pepper - 1, chopped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place the brisket.
2) Combine all the remaining ingredients together and pour the mixture all over the meat.
3) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
4) Take the meat out of the sauce in the cooker and slice it very thinly.

SERVING
5) Serve the meat on rolls or over couscous.
