Good ol Chicken Fried Steak Recipe
A taste of country with every bite this is the way granny use to fix it.

Ingredients
3 C. Flour
4 eggs
Tenderized cube or round steak
Seasoned salt to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Pepper to taste
Onion powder to taste
1 c. Oil vegetable or canola
Directions
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except eggs and steak.
Pour the oil in a medium or large skillet and heat to 375 degrees F.
Mix the eggs in a seperate bowl
first dredge your steak through the flour to evenly coat both sides
after dredging the steaks through the flour coat them with the egg and return to the flour pressing the flour in evenly on both sides
The oil needs to come to temp before adding the steaks
once the oils at temp throw the staeks in there and fry until golden brown on each side about 5 minutes per side
serve with mashed potatoes and gravy with a side of corn and biscuits mmmmm mmmmmm now thats country cookin
