Ingredients

 
3 cups torn crisp salad greens
 
1 cup cauliflowerettes
 
1/2 cup quartered cucumber slices
 
1/4 cup carrot, sliced
 
1/4 cup green pepper cut into 1-inch strips
 
1/4 cup peanut oil
 
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
 
1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Generous dash of celery seed
 
Generous dash of pepper
 
Dash garlic powder
 
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions

Combine salad greens, cauliflowerettes, cucumber, carrot and green pepper in salad bowl.
Chill until ready to serve.
Combine peanut oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed, pepper and garlic powder; blend well.
Just before serving, toss peanuts with salad.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
