Good Karma Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked, cold brown rice | ||
| 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms, lightly sauteed | ||
| 1/2 cup diced green pepper, lightly sauteed | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Pimientos | 3 , sliced | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 /4 cup green onions chopped | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sea salt | 1 /2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 Tbsp Tarmari soy sauce | ||
| Wine vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine cooked brown rice, mushrooms, green pepper, water chestnuts, pimientos, parsley, and green onions in a salad bowl.
Stir together vegetable oil, sea salt, soy sauce, wine vinegar, and mustard.
Pour dressing over rice and toss well.
