Golgappa (Paani Poori) Recipe

| Urad dal flour | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |

| Ghee | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Chickpeas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chaat masala | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
1)Take a deep pan and heat oil in it.
MAKING
2)In a bowl, mix first five ingredients and knead into stiff dough.
3)Then, make tiny balls and roll them into small flat discs and cut out one inch 2 1/2 cm diameter discs.
4)Cover with a damp cloth. Fry the discs in hot oil, until they puff up and are light brown all over. Drain and cool them.
5)To make water, mix chaat spices in water and give it a stir.
SERVING
6)Make a hole on the puri and drop chick peas some chaat spices and then dip in water. Serve.
