 Hard cooked eggs- 3

 Medium White Sauce- 2 cups
 Buttered toast- as required

Directions

MAKING
1.Heat asparagus in juice
2.Chop egg whites and olives and add to sauce
3.Arrange hot asparagus on toast, cover with sauce and garnish with sieved egg yolks
Serving
