Golden West Platter Recipe
Ingredients

| 8 thin slices cooked ham | ||
| Salami package | 1 , sliced | |
| Lettuce or crisp salad greens | ||
| Avocado | 1 | |
| Green onions | 8 | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, sliced | |

| Swiss cheese, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blue cheese | 3 Ounce, crumbled | |
Directions
Peel pineapple; cut into 16 spears.
Remove core and discard.
Roll ham slices; roll salami slices.
Secure with toothpicks.
Peel avocado; cut into 8 wedges
On lettuce-lined serving dish, arrange pineapple, ham, salami, avocado, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese; chill until ready to serve.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and milk; mix until well blended.
Fold in blue cheese; chill.
Serve with salad.
