 Pineapple1
 8 thin slices cooked ham
 Salami package1 , sliced
 Lettuce or crisp salad greens
 Avocado1

 Swiss cheese, cut into 1 1/2-inch strips
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dairy sour cream1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Blue cheese3 Ounce, crumbled

Directions

Peel pineapple; cut into 16 spears.
Remove core and discard.
Roll ham slices; roll salami slices.
Secure with toothpicks.
Peel avocado; cut into 8 wedges
On lettuce-lined serving dish, arrange pineapple, ham, salami, avocado, green onions, tomatoes, and cheese; chill until ready to serve.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and milk; mix until well blended.
Fold in blue cheese; chill.
Serve with salad.
