Golden Tuna Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 19 Ounce | |
| Tuna | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts or 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon soya sauce | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of powdered ginger | ||
Directions
Drain pineapple chunks (save juice for a dessert or chilled drink).
In a bowl combine pineapple, tuna, with its 2 or 3 drops of broth, celery, almonds, and onions.
Blend mayonnaise with soya sauce, salt and ginger.
Mix gently through the salad.
