Directions
Grease baking pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches.
Mix cheese, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into butter, then coat with cheese mixture.
Arrange chicken skin side down in pan.
Pour remaining butter on chicken.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake uncovered 20 minutes longer or until done.
