Ingredients

 1 lb. dried apricots,cut up
 Lemon juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 7 1-lb. 4-oz. can crushed pineapple
 Sugar8 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine apricots, lemon juice, pineapple, and sugar with 4 cups water; blend well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 25 minutes or until mix- ture comes to a rolling boil.
Boil rapidly for 35 min- utes or until syrup is clear and thickened.
Ladle into hot sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
Yield: Twelve 8-ounce glasses
