Directions

1 Saute onion in butter or margarine just until softened in medium-size saucepan.
Add water; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat; stir in bread stuffing.
2 Spoon about 1/4 cup stuffing onto each ham slice; roll up; fasten with wooden picks, if needed.
Place, seam side down, in single layer in greased large shallow baking pan.
3 Drain peach halves, saving 1/4 cup syrup for next step.
Place peaches, rounded side up, in baking pan with ham rolls.
4 Combine saved 1/4 cup peach syrup, orange marmalade, vinegar and mustard in small saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, just until bubbly.
Brush ham rolls and peaches with part of mixture.
5 Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven (350°), brushing often with remaining marmalade mixture, 40 minutes, or until richly glazed.
Serve over hot buttered noodles, if you wish.
