Golden Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts | ||
| 1/2 c. unseasoned fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 2 tsp. Accent | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tsp. dried leaf thyme or 1/4 tsp.powdered thyme | ||
| 1 tsp. dried leaf basil | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
Directions
Bone chicken breasts; remove skin.
Cut each breast half into 6 to 8 nuggets, about 1 1/2 inch square.
Combine bread crumbs, cheese,accent, salt and herbs.
Dip chicken nuggets in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
Place chicken in single layer on foil lined baking sheet.
Bake in 400 degree oven 10 minutes.
