Golden Bean Bake Recipe

| Cottage cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 3 , chopped | |
| Canned chopped green chilies | 4 Ounce | |
| Canned chili with beans | 15 Ounce | |
| Garlic powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sliced ripe olives | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Corn tortillas | 6 | |
| Canned cling peach halves | 29 Ounce | |
| Shredded cheddar cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Paprika | To Taste |

Directions
Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream and onions.
Salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate bowl, mix green chilies, chili, garlic powder, olives and chili powder.
In frying pan, heat oil and fry tortillas.
Drain.
Layer 3 tortillas in bottom of a 1 1/2 quart baker.
Spoon cheese mixture evenly over tortillas.
Layer 3 more tortillas and top with chili mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Press drained peaches on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
