Golden Apple Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) apple pie filling
1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding mix
1 c apricot nectar
1 t lemon juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients, and bring to a boil.
Simmer over low heat 10 minutes, stirring often.
Chill and serve.
