Ingredients
3 large eggs, beaten
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted margarine
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell
Directions
Combine the eggs, corn syrup, sugar, brown sugar, margarine, orange juice, orange zest and salt; mix well.
Stir in the pecans and coconut.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
