Ingredients

 
Egg yolks-12
 
Sugar-2 cups
 
Water-1 1/2 cups

Directions

MAKING
1. Clean the egg yolk of the white membrane
2. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and beat very lightly with a fork
3. In another pan, cook the sugar and syrup to a thick syrup stage
4. Select a funnel with a narrow end.
5. Use the funnel to drip a single tablespoon of the egg yolk on the syrup while holding the funnel and rotating it over the boiling syrup
6. When threads starts to form, remove the threads to a plate and continue till the egg mixture is used up.

SERVING
7. Serve warm
