Ingredients

 Onion1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Chicken broth2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Rice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1/4 Teaspoon
 Tarragon1/4 Teaspoon
 Pumpkin1 Can (10oz)
 Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Saute celery and onion in margarine, while potatoes are cooking.
Mash potatoes and add all ingredients.
Add more milk, if a thinner soup is desired.
Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
This is a delicious and rich-tasting soup made with evaporated milk.
