Golden Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons Spread Sticks
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 pound Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed, divided
1/4 cup (1 ounce) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Combine potatoes, milk, spread sticks and chives; beat until fluffy.
Stir in half of the process cheese spread.
Spoon into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F, 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Top with remaining process cheese spread; continue baking until process cheese spread begins to melt.
