 Hot water1 Pint
 Golden syrup6 Ounce
 Lemon rind2 Tablespoon, finely grated

Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water.
Add the syrup and lemon rind and stir until the syrup is dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and pour into a mould to set.
