Golden Jelly Recipe
If you want to be known as a chef, make a personal recipe of Golden Jelly. I have done that myself. Best enjoyed as a Dessert this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. Add this Golden Jelly to your list of choicest foods and make it whenever you want to.
Ingredients
1/2 oz. gelatine
4 Tbs. lemon juice
1 pt. hot water
Custard sauce or cream
6 oz. golden syrup
Finely grated rind of 2 lemons
Directions
Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water.
Add the syrup and lemon rind and stir until the syrup is dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and pour into a mould to set.
