Golden Glazed Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion or Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix | ||
| 1 jar (12 ounces) apricot or peach preserves | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flank steak | 1 , cut into thin strips | |
| 2 medium green, red and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced | ||
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
On broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture.
Broil, turning once, until steak is done.
