Ingredients

 2 6-ounce cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
 1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
 Light rum1 Pint
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 28-ounce bottle ginger ale, chilled
 1 quart lemon or pineapple sherbet

Directions

Combine juice concentrates, rum, and water.
Cover and chill.
Pour into punch bowl.
Slowly pour ginger ale down side of bowl; stir gently.
Scoop sherbet atop.
