Golden Fruit Cocktail Recipe

| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Peaches | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Pears | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mandarin orange segments | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maraschino cherries | 12 |
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, orange juice, butter, lemon juice, cornstarch and orange peel.
Cook and stir until mixture boils; cook 2 more minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
