Golden Fish Baked In Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Haddock fillets package | 2 , frozen | |
| All purpose flour | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill weed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1 Carton (1l) | |
| Lemon | 1 , sliced | |
| Parsley | ||
Directions
1. Cut frozen or fresh fillets into serving-size pieces; coat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; pour milk over.
2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 45 minutes.
3. Toast crumbs in butter or margarine in a medium-size skillet. Stir dill into sour cream. Remove fish from oven; spoon the cream mixture over; top with toasted crumbs.
4. Bake 10 minutes longer, or until the sour cream is set. Garnish with the lemon slices and parsley; spoon buttered, hot, green peas at either end of dish, if you wish.
