Golden Fish Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| 450 g/1 lb Cod or haddock fillets | ||
| 376 g/13 1/4 oz can Homepride | ||
| Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce | ||
| 25 g/1 oz Fresh white breadcrumbs | ||
| 50 g/2 oz Cheddar cheese, finely grated | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
Skin the fish and cut into 4 cm/1 1/2 inch chunks.
Arrange the fish chunks in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
Pour over the Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce.
Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together and sprinkle over the sauce.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden brown.
