Golden Delicious Applesauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 medium Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground mace | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In skillet combine apples, 1 3/4 cups water, the sugar, cinnamon, and mace. (Electric skillet 220°.)
