Ingredients

 Butter2 Ounce
 Bread slice1 Large, crusts removed
 Eggs3
 Seasoning1
 Ham slice1 , finely chopped
 Chopped parsley1 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat butter in an omelette or frying pan.
Cut bread into tiny dice.
Fry until crisp and just golden brown.
Add beaten eggs, well seasoned and mixed with finely chopped ham.
Cook until lightly set, fold, put on a hot dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
