Golden Country Grits Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 cups cooked grits | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt.baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes
