 Rising flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Corn on the cob1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 1 cup hot vegetable oil

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and pepper and mix well. Set the mixture aside.
2) Combine the eggs, milk, corn and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil together. Mix properly.
Into all the dry ingredients, stir the corn mixture.
3) Into vegetable oil that has been heated to 375 degrees, drop the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls. Cook the fritters till they have turned golden, turning once.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
