Chicken parts - 2 packages (1 pound each) frozen, thawed
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons, melted
Condensed cream of celery chicken, or mushroom soup - 1 can (10 1/2 ounces)
Toasted almonds - 1/4 cup, chopped
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400° F.
MAKING
2) In a 12x8x2 inch shallow baking dish, arrange the chicken pieces with the skin-side down.
3) Dizzle all over with the melted butter.
4) Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
5) Turn the chicken and bake for another 20 minutes.
6) Stir and pour the soup over chicken and sprinkle with almonds.
7) Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
SERVING
8) Serve the Golden Chicken Bake immediately on a serving platter.
