Golden Carrot Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| 1/4 cup sieved, cooked carrot | ||
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh orange peel | ||
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
Directions
Beat butter or margarine until soft and gradually beat in powdered sugar alternately with cooked carrot and orange juice.
When smooth and fluffy, stir in grated fresh orange peel and a dash of salt.
