Golden Butter Cake Recipe
This Golden Butter Cake will make your taste buds crave for more! Milk Product is the primary ingredient in Golden Butter Cake. I just love Dessert recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. This dish is a superior Diabetic dish. I am certain both of us will concur that this Golden Butter Cake is simply scrumptious.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sorbitol
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
Dash mace
1/2 cup sifted cake flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs, well beaten
Directions
Cream butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually add sorbitol to creamed butter.
Beat constandy until light and fluffy.
Add lemon flavoring and mace.
Sift dry ingredients together, and add to creamed mixture alternately with eggs, beating well after each addition. (Begin and end with dry ingredients.) Pour batter into greased and floured 8 in. (20 cm) tube pan or greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 in. (23 x 13 x 7 cm) loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
Turn out onto rack, and cool completely.
