Cheesy Golden Buck Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound sharp process American Cheddar cheese | ||
| 3/4 cup light cream or evaporated milk | ||
| Worcestershire | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Toast | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, poached | |
Directions
Melt cheese in top part of double boiler over hot water.
Gradually add cream, stirring constantly.
Add seasonings.
Pour over toast and top each slice with a poached egg.
Makes 4 servings.
