Goddess Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Anchovies | 4 , crushed | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chives | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 4 tablespoons thick sour cream | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry, then roll in a towel and crisp in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, in a blender place mayonnaise, anchovies, parsley, chives, garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and blend for 2-3 minutes until creamy.
Pour mixture into a bowl, stir in sour cream and mix well, then chill for at least 15 minutes.
Tear lettuce leaves into bite size pieces and place in a salad bowl, add dressing, and toss.
